1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, attending, participating in, or purchasing tickets for The Great American Foodie Fest ("Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you should not attend or participate in the Event.

2. Event Organizer

The Event is produced and managed by More Events LLC ("Organizer", "we", "us", or "our").

3. Ticketing and Entry

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for violation of these Terms or for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.
  • Attendees must comply with all posted rules, signage, and instructions from staff and security personnel.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to date, time, location, vendors, and entertainment.
  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), refunds or credits may be issued at the Organizer’s discretion.

5. Assumption of Risk

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • Food-related allergies or illnesses
  • Injury from crowd conditions or activities
  • Exposure to weather conditions

You agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

6. Food and Beverage Disclaimer

  • All food and beverages are prepared and sold by independent vendors.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for food quality, safety, preparation, or allergen disclosures.
  • Attendees are responsible for informing vendors of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. Code of Conduct

Attendees agree to:

  • Behave in a respectful and lawful manner
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or violence
  • Not bring prohibited items, including weapons or illegal substances

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

8. Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer the right to capture, use, and distribute your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

9. Vendor and Third-Party Participation

  • Vendors, sponsors, and partners operate independently.
  • The Organizer is not liable for transactions, products, or services provided by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Events LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Event.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Events LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your attendance or participation in the Event.

12. Children and Minors

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for supervising children.

13. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Outside alcohol (unless otherwise permitted)
  • Any item deemed dangerous by the Organizer

14. Health and Safety

  • Attendees must comply with all local health regulations in effect at the time of the Event.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to enforce health-related measures as necessary.

15. Intellectual Property

All Event branding, logos, and content are the property of More Events LLC and may not be used without written permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

17. Changes to Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
