VENDOR PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIREMENTS

FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER/BOOTHS:


  • Liquid Propane Inspection: 
  • Mobile vendors (trucks/trailers) operating as TFEs, must have a valid and unexpired liquid propane inspection conducted by a certified technician licensed by the Nevada Liquid Propane Gas Board. Please submit photo of your completed inspection sticker to GAFF Logistics team.

  • Fire Permits:
  • Required from ALL food Vendors when applicable:
  • LPG Permit: Storage and use of LP-Gas (Propane) on property during events that exceeds 30 gallons aggregate (Multiple Propane Tanks that will exceed 30 gallons total).
  • Flammable/Combustible Liquids Permit: Temporary Generators that have or have an aggregate amount of diesel fuel in excess of 60 gallons. 
  • Mobile Food Preparation Vehicle Permit: Mobile food vendors that utilize cooking equipment within vehicles.

  • COI (Certificate of Insurance) / Proof of liability coverage

  • NV Department of Taxation:
  1. Sales Tax: Vendors must supply GAFF with Sales Tax ID. Vendors selling prepared food or tangible goods must collect sales tax. (Vendors selling at more than two events in a 12-month period in Nevada must register for a Sales & Use Tax Permit.) Before end of show, each vendor is responsible for submitting the One-Time Sales Tax Return Form, directly to GAFF Logistics Team. (KEEP IN MIND - List of vendors is submitted to NV Department of Taxation)

BUSINESS BOOTH

  • Nevada Business License: 
  • Only required for Nevada based businesses
