- HOW DO I PICK MY BOOTH OR SPACE?
- Show Management will call you to select your space when the map becomes available from the Fire Department Approval.
- WHO GETS FIRST PICK AT BOOTH SELECTIONS?
- First Come, (Paid in Full), First Serve! The Booth Selectrions are called in order of their DATE OF PAID IN FULL. So the sooner you pay in full, the sooner you will be called. It’s all done in “Date Order” of uour Paid in Full date.
- WHEN IS MAP AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION?
- The Fire Department typically sends us approval 2-3 weeks before the show date. As soon as we receive it, we start calling the vendors to make their selections.
- WHAT DO THE TENTS LOOK LIKE?

- CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN TENT?
- Due to insurance reasons, the only way to bring in your own tent is to secure a “Sponsor” package. Sponsor packages are available at a higher rate, and include other benefits as well. Call your Booth Rep for full details.
- IS PARKING FREE?
- Yes, all parking is Free at Desert Breeze Park
- WHEN CAN I SET UP, WHEN ARE SET UP DAYS?
- Set up is available two days and times only:
- Thursday 3pm to 8pm
- Friday 8am to 3pm
- WILL I HAVE ANY COMPETITION?
- Plan on it! Yes, just about every show has a variety of vendors and some serve the same cuisine or business type. We do our best to limit the show to a comfortable amount of any one cuisine or business type, however management reserves the right to book our vendors as needed.
- WILL I BE NEXT TO MY COMPETITON?
- No, we try to accommodate every vendor and spread them out far from each other as possible, to keep them spaced apart the best we can.
- IS THERE FRESH WATER TO DRINK AND COOK WITH, AND WASH DISHES?
- Yes, there will be a commissary with a wash station and “Potable Water” which means this water is Drinkable and clean. You may use this wash station to gather water for your booth, drink if you like, and wash your dishes as needed.
- IS THERE A PLACE TO DUMP MY GREY WATER AND MY OLD USED OIL?
- Yes, there is a tank for disposal of your grey water and your used oil.
